Sean Penn does not repent for the interview with El Chapo


Hollywood actor Sean Penn has no regrets about the secret interview conducted with the largest Mexican trafficker, Joaquin El Chapo Guzman.
Asked by The Associated Press if he was concerned about the images published by the Mexican police, where he appeared forcing drug baron hand, Penn replied that there is nothing to hide, instead.
The famous actor and director of the American film industry did not answer the question whether Guzman has read the article before publication in the journal Rrolling Stone. Also he preferred to remain silent for the question of whether done enough to protect its source, since according to the information meeting his Mexican jungle prompted Mexican authorities to fall in the wake of Sinaloa cartel boss.
The actor was criticized for the interview, which a White House spokesman called madness and Republican Marco Rubio said the interview was "grotesque".
In the article in Rolling Stone says Guzman was the world's leading supplier of heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana.
Guzman escaped from a high security prison for the second time, by Ney 1.5 kilometer long tunnel that had opened in the cabin shower. The United States filed a request for his extradition, a procedure which can take a year's time.
